great family room, outstanding location, spacious amenities
Elevator operates at a snail's pace!!! Also, a lack of oat milk for lactose intolerant guests means one less option!!! These details could elevate the overall experience significantly.

The comfortable Junior Suite with a balcony offered a welcoming retreat, and the staff's friendliness made the experience memorable. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh eggs and delicious honey pancakes that started each day on a high note. However, the elevator was quite slow, and there were some hiccups during check-in that disrupted the flow of my arrival. The limited options in the breakfast area also led to minor overcrowding at peak times.

What a stay! The spacious family room was a true haven after our daily adventures, and the shower was simply amazing. The breakfast area, though great, could use some more space to avoid the crowd, but the fresh eggs definitely made up for it. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

A Memorable Stay with Great City Views
Enjoyed my time in a Junior Suite with stunning city views. The staff was attentive, making my solo trip enjoyable. The spa treatment, however, didn't meet expectations. For dining, the on-site restaurant had a delightful menu. Remember to articulate your needs clearly, as communication can be tricky.

Just a fine choice for a lightning stop in Hanoi with exceptional value. The room I stayed in had a nice view of the city which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to ask about local transportation options—it’s much easier than relying on the hotel.
